4-week coaching

Are you in a crisis and can’t find your way out of it on your own? Crisis means decision or turning point – it is an invitation to change. I will support you in understanding the language of your crisis, recognising and letting go of old patterns, activating your inner voice, and finding your way back to clarity. You can expect weekly live calls (60–75 min.) over 4 weeks and close support via WhatsApp or Signal – for exchange and support even between appointments. Together, we will turn your crisis into the beginning of something new.

Some crises need time and space to really get resolved This programme is aimed at people who want long-term and individual support – even if the topics change over time. As an integral coach, I will support you in a flexible and empathetic way. We will work together during 10 live calls of 60–75 minutes over a period of about 6 months and stay in continuous contact via WhatsApp or Signal. This means you can share, reflect and ask questions at any time. Together, we will find ways back into your life and work in a goal-oriented way on sustainable change.
